IT System Admin Needed Full Time

Responsibilities
• Sole responsibility for maintenance, upgrades and day to day management of their ERP system.
• Acting as a backup to their network/sys admin.
• Assisting end-users via training, one on one instruction and/or support to show staff the value they can get from the system.
• Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

Requirements
• ERP management in an enterprise environment (Dot net framework based)
• Strong database experience (Microsoft SQL)
• Basic networking/systems knowledge (Microsoft windows server 2016, Basic Hardware and networking certifications)
• Microsoft 365 and Azure web hosting experience must.
• Experience gaining buy-in from stakeholders and experience training staff, process improvement through best practices in the ERP system.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
• B.E/ BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a must. Experience – 4-5+ Years experience
