JOB REQUIREMENTS
The individual must be able and willing to solve problems and to give reassurance and confidence to all users in a patient manner Good general knowledge / experience of current Windows Servers, Windows Desktop, MS Office, IP Telephone, CCTV Understand IT hardware and basic networking infrastructure Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives Must be a team player
