IT Technical Coordinator and Sales Account Managers required Full Time

We are excited to announce that we are hiring for multiple roles to join our dynamic team in Kuwait:

1. IT Technical Coordinator
– 2+ years of experience in a technical support or coordination role, preferably within an IT service provider environment.
– Strong understanding of Helpdesk ticketing systems and best practices.
– Experience with ITIL or similar service management frameworks. – Female candidates with Visa 18 preferred.

2. Corporate Sales Account Managers
– IT Hardware Solutions
– Experience with enterprise hardware and services solutions.
– Sales of IT Hardware solutions (Laptops, Tablets, Desktop monitors, servers, storage, and networking products)
– Proficient in B2B and B2C sales in Kuwait
