IT Technical Support – Female Arab (Immediate joiner with #18 visa) Full Time

– Under general supervision, assists in preparing specifications and user requirements. Performs various technical duties supporting the management information system; provides technical support to users; troubleshoots hardware and software problems associated with the computers and related equipment; installs hardware equipment and software applications.

– Set up and configure desktop computers, Printers, IP Phones, IPTVs, QMS, peripherals, user accounts, Email Accounts and assigning security levels, network access, etc. Investigate hardware problems and perform minor system hardware and communication connection repairs. Performs basic diagnostic testing. Major problems or repairs are directed to outside vendors.

– Provide first-level support for computer software and Clinic technology equipment used.
– Minimum 3 + years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. – Preferred Arab national.
