IT Technician Needed Full Time

Reputed Company Looking IT Technician with Below Requirements:
• Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems (LAN & WAN)
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
• Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices (Remotely or by phone)
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.)
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.

Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position min 1-2 years
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication ability • A degree in Computer Science or IT is a must.
• Kuwait Driving License (Additional Preferences)
• Nationality: Indian
• Can Join Immediate
