Junior Accountant with Tally Software Knowledge Full Time

Location: Kuwait
Scope: Kuwait & MENA Region Operations

Job Responsibilities:
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Tally Accounting Software.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and daily accounting entries in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer billing.
• Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and intercompany balances.
• Support payroll processing and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for Kuwait and MENA operations.
• Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives.
• Prepare VAT/GST and other tax filings in coordination with auditors/consultants.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent financial reporting across MENA entities.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
• Support the finance manager in implementing accounting systems, policies, and process improvements.
• Provide ad-hoc financial data and reports for management decision-making.
