Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Payroll Consultant to join our payroll team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge in payroll processes, who is looking to develop their expertise in payroll management, compliance, and client support. The Junior Payroll Consultant will assist in processing payrolls, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting clients with payroll-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Payroll Processing: Assist in preparing and processing payroll for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Data Management: Maintain and update payroll records, employee information, and timesheets with high attention to detail.
• Client Support: Provide support to clients by answering payroll-related queries and troubleshooting payroll issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Compliance: Ensure payroll activities comply with Kuwait labor laws, and company policies. • Reporting: Generate payroll reports, summaries, and ad hoc reports as needed, helping clients understand their payroll data.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic knowledge of payroll practices, ERP Softwares, and Kuwait labor regulations.
• Strong numerical skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
