• Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including import/export clearance.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth shipment processes.
• Provide accurate and timely quotations for logistics services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

2. Customer Service Representative for Logistics
• Requirements:
• Experience in customer service within the logistics industry.
• Gender: Female.
• Visa Requirement: 18 Transferable Visa.
• Language: Fluent in Arabic.
• Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide support in documentation and administrative tasks related to logistics.

3. Customer Service Representative for Trading Business
• Requirements:
• Experience in customer service with a focus on trading business.
• Gender: Female.
• Visa Requirement: 18 Transferable Visa.
• Language: Fluent in Arabic.
• Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries and provide assistance related to trading business operations.
• Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with sales and trading teams to meet customer needs.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for trading transactions.
