Looking for Technical Support Engineer/Field Engineer Full Time

1. University Degree in Computer or related field.
2. MCSE Certified
3. ITIL Foundation certified
4. CompTIA A+ Certified
5. Good English typing speed on PC keyboard
6. At least four years of experience working as a Field Engineer
7. Good experience in Hardware and software related problems
8. Capable of Analyzing and diagnosing User problems remotely
9. Ability to ask leading questions in order to discover as much as possible about a User’s problem.
10. Fluent in English and Arabic.
11. Good communication skills (both oral and written)
