– A minimum of 1-2 years of Hands-on experience in a similar role FOR SHIFT LEADER AND A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF –
– EXPERIENCE FOR KITCHEN MANAGER.
– Experience leading a team of 9+ line cooks.
– Excellent ability to follow established procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality products or services to the customer.
– Excellent organizational skills.
– Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced work environment.
– Good English knowledge in writing, reading, and speaking is a must.
