MEP Draftsman Full Time

Job Description
– preparation of COMBINED SERVICES shop drawings including preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical etc.,
-Analyzes engineering specifications and uses computer assisted design/drafting equipment and software to develop designs related to HVAC industry.
-Reviews rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from Engineers.
-Plot drawing and charts showing profiles and cross-sections, layout and elevations to buildings, air-conditions, and electrical etc.… -Draft detailed drawings of structures and installations such as air conditions equipment etc.
-Obtain area various dimensions from the field to locate grading, dimension or to collect data required for revision of installations drawings.

Skills
-5 to 10 years of experience in design & drafting of ducting & piping for chilled water system.
-Good computer knowledge and to be able to have hands on practice on popular computer software’s of the field.
-Candidate should have good command on communication skills and needs to be a team player.
Education Bachelor Degree in mechanical– or any related field
