A Reputed Money exchange company located in Sharq urgently required experienced Customer care fluent in English and Arabic preferably (Male/Female)
Duties and responsibilities
Attending to corresponding agents and banks queries/complaints via emails and telephone calls.
• Providing team support in areas of technical assistance required.
• Providing product support and technical assistance to branch staff.
• Coordinating with agents and banks overseas to ensure payment credit.
• Experience in working with company software & team player in supervising the department.
• Make proactive outbound calls for responding to the customer feedback forms.
• Identify ways of improving customer service and recommend them to the Head of Operations.
• Assist in the provision of MIS each month for the management meeting to show the number of queries received and the actions undertaken.
