Need Sales Coordinator

Looking for a sales coordinator, with the following duties and responsibilities.
salary- 350-400 kd as per capability, petrol, company mobile line, plus yearly bonus.

• Should have at least 3 years’ experience in the field of construction safety and hardware items
• good computer skills,
• English speaking, and
*• most important should have his own car.
duties
• Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
• Prepare proforma invoice & Tenders to KNPC, KOC, EQUTE, KOTC, MEW & Local Companies.
• Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
• Able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
• Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
• Work closely with the sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop sales strategy accordingly.
• Coordinate with the shipping department and arrange to deliver the material.
• Following up the payment with clients.
