Dear  Friends, One of the famous Hospital looking for Registered Nurse ( All Department). Job Description Roles & Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY The Staff Nurse provides professional nursing care for patients according to established Nursing standards. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs general nursing care to patients. Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards, where necessary.
2. Observes, records relevant initial patients history and reports changes and concerns on patient’s condition to physicians and specialists.
3.Educates patients and provides information to patients seeking health information.
4. Arranges for patient testing, admissions, with other department and work collaboratively with other members of health care team.
5.Enters patient visits in the log register & in the computer, ensures that all consultation slips are forwarded to Medical Records. Desired Candidate Profile EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing. Licensing: Valid License from Ministry of Health to work as a Registered Nurse. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years’ experience in clinical practice.
SALARY : 400 TO 500
DUTY : 8 Hours
EDUCATION : Bachelor of Science ( Nursing)
