We have immediate Opening for Office Administrator.(IT) Min years of experience: Min 2 year experience
Min Educational qualification: Diploma
Role Description:
1. Develop and maintain IT Document and Record List.
2. Ensure document and records are stored at the proper location with the rights control per IT Structure.
3. Ensure documents are reviewed at as per policy requirements through AITS, new ones placed at the correctly and the older version is moved to Obsolete folder Work with site ODMS Coordinator on audit events, internal or external, for IT.
4. Work with IT Focal Points or his/her back -up are available and unit is ready for audit. Arrange the meeting venue, schedule and refreshment.
5. Follow up with the IT employees on AITS and make sure there is no overdue
6. Ability to manage time and organize and meeting schedules.Good computer skills, specifically Word, Excel and database programs Fluency in English
