Office secretary wanted for Architectural firm, the eligibility requirements includes the following;-
– At least 5 years experience in similar position.
– Excellent typing skills.
– Excellent English speaking skills including reading and writing skills.
– Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
– Working under pressure & fast paced environment.
– With valid transferable visa.
The day-to-day job activities are;-
– Working directly as personal assistant for Kuwaiti General Manager.
– Taking dictation and typing emails.
– Composing letters in MS word for clients.
– Following up with company”s incoming/outgoing emails.
– Any other related work assigned by the manager.
