Operation Manager Full Time

Job Summary: Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the insurance department, will work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, and provide guidance and support to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in insurance operations, excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:
• Requirement open for Indian nationals
• Required Bachelors / Master’s degree in related field
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulations
• Required experience of 5-10 years in related field

2. Executive -Non motor claims
• Requirement open for all nationals
• Should have at least 5 years’ experience the General Insurance Industry in the required field.
• Required Bachelors / Master’s degree in related field
• Knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulations
• Proven ability to meet deadlines/ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
