A leading interior design company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee its furniture manufacturing division.
Requirements: 10+ years in operations/ production management(5+ in furniture manufacturing) Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or similar (MBA is a plus) Strong leadership and teams management skills Expertise in furniture production and lean/Six Sigma Key
Responsibilities: Manage production processes, Inventory, and supply chain lead teams in production, logistics, and quality control Ensure high quality and safety standards optimize processes and manage budgets
Oversee warehousing and product deliveries
