Outdoor Sales Manager Needed Full Time

A well-established company in Kuwait looking for a sales outdoor manager with more than 5 years of experience in the food industry. Must be have good working experience in food industry as a sales outdoor manager. He is responsible for identifying leads and creating business relations with prospective and existing clients. Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and objectives for the F&B division. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base. Prepare sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Contributing to their professional growth & monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure the achievement of goals. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manage.

What are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and customers
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive sales initiatives.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Arabic language, written & verbal will get extra advantage.
• Salary will be determined during the interview.
