Planning Co-Ordinator / Engineer & Project Engineer Needed Full Time

1. Planning Co-Ordinator / Engineer: Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical) with KES Membership (or) from KSE recognized institution Experience: Minimum 10 Years in oil and gas projects, least find years as planning engineer Full conversant in using latest Primavera and other planning software’s Responsible in preparation of project schedules, invoices, progress monitoring for all project activities Identify and analyzing project risks, submission of all project related documents. Follow-up with construction team for day to day site and section activities Responsible for arranging resources by coordination with execution team and company Preparation and submission of necessary reports/ presentations to client and company.

2. Project Engineer: Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical) with KES Membership (or) from KSE recognized institution Experience: Minimum 10 Years in oil and gas projects, out of which last five years should be in managing activities of mechanical project and site execution in refineries Shall have through knowledge of preparing cost estimation for the work request issued by client and shall prepare proposals Coordinate with inter departments for smooth site execution Coordinate with quantity surveyor, field engineers and client preparation and submission of invoices for approval Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions Responsible for preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
