About Us: We are leading provider of building material & manpower supply, fabrication & construction work services. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Officer to join our team and help expand our business by introducing our offerings to potential clients and identifying subcontract or material requirements.
Job Description:
As a Marketing Officer you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to visit companies, introduce them to our products and services, and explore opportunities for subcontracting and material supply. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of our industry. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct visits to potential client companies to introduce our products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies
• Identify and analyze subcontracting and material requirements of potential clients
• Present and demonstrate our products and services effectively
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategic approaches
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to improve our offerings
• Maintain a detailed log of interactions and follow-up activities
• Achieve set targets and contribute to the overall business development strategy
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a marketing or business development role
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client visits and tasks.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Construction Industry.
• Knowledge of subcontracting and material supply processes.
