Procurement Officer required Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Officer to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Key Responsibilities: Source and procure goods and services in compliance with company policies and procedures. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Manage and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring quality and performance standards are met. Coordinate the purchase and delivery of goods/services required by various departments. Track and maintain inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate. Assist with budgeting and forecasting related to procurement activities. Prepare procurement reports and update management on purchasing activities. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to procurement. Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have a valid Kuwait driving license.
