Purchasing Officer Needed Full Time

Position : Purchasing Officer (Ready to join immediately)

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering /related field in Finance, or equivalent education and work experience
Experience : 5-10 years of experience in relevant area. (preference to Kuwait Valid Driving License holders)
Skills : Must Have Telecom /IT products experience. Excellent communication skills, Demonstrates strong negotiation skills and ability to influence and persuade the other, results oriented and a problem solver. Shows the ability to work under stress while maintaining performance. Excellent in MS Office especially Excel,ERP SAP Job Role : Responsible of get the best quality / price deals material supplies and services by negotiating bids and prices with local and international suppliers. Negotiation with suppliers for required quality , services, delivery period with maximum company benefit. Follows-up with the supplier””””s delivery time & contract.
Prepare a comparative statement of the quotations and submit for final approval. Analyze & distribute shipping documents to ensure prompt clearance of consignment.
