Purchasing Officer with Kuwait Driving License Full Time

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Purchasing Officer (with a valid Kuwait Driving License) to manage the procurement process and ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
 Research and identify suppliers that offer the best value for money.
 Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
 Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
 Process purchase orders and track order status.
 Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed.
 Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs.
 Prepare and maintain reports on procurement activities.
 Ensure that all purchases are in compliance with Kuwait’s regulatory requirements.
 Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and seek new suppliers when needed.
 Monitor market trends to keep costs competitive.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
 Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role (minimum of 2-3 years).
 Strong negotiation and communication skills.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
 Good understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
 Valid Kuwait Driving License is a MUST.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
