Quality Control Technician
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Inspection & testing of incoming materials, preparing reports for submission to concerned departments.
• Inspection & testing of in-process products every hour and preparing reports for submission to production.
• Ensure the quality checks are carried out as per predefined schedules.
• Perform calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Initiate corrective actions to have final products with required specifications.
• Update and maintain all documentation for auditing purposes and collect samples for laboratory analysis.
• Report to QC Manager of any quality deviations, unusual product observations and analytical results while analyzing or sample handling.
• Comply with established quality, safety, and environmental standards as per local authorities and international regulations.

Qualifications and requirements:
• Bachelor”s degree in Science.
• 3-5 years sound knowledge & experience in QMS for industrial manufacturing sector.
• Sound knowledge of modern quality control techniques and processes.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach.
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
• Must have excellent communication skills, written & verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word).

Secretary
• Bachelor”s degree in any discipline.
• At least 5 years of administrative experience performing confidential duties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work professionally..
• Well knowledgeable in MS office suites.

Foreman
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Plant Superintendent in Production planning as per sales requirements/Job orders and stock availability.
• Ensure shift scheduling in order to meet the production targets.
• Ensuring inspection and following up on preventive maintenance on equipment’s to avoid breakdowns.
• Ensuring adherence to consistent product quality as per required specifications.
• Enforce health and safety protocols during all stages of production.
• Enforce strict housekeeping and ensure plant is maintained in a neat manner.
• Prepare all paperwork for all plant activities and supervise all plant requirements.
• Ensure compliance to company policies and regulations.
• Develop and maintain an effective and proactive work environment all times.
• Manage all communication with employees and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and equipment’s.
• Handle administrative tasks such as duty rostering, review of attendance and overtime & coordinating with HR Department to process all employee requests.

Qualification & requirements
• Bachelor”s degree / Diploma in industrial/mechanical/electrical engineering with 8-10 years knowledge about industrial manufacturing cycle and production timelines to ensure effective and timely delivery.
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific plant equipment.
• Must possess a positive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude; Ability to promote and implement ideas successfully.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to all decision-making.
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaborate with all levels within an organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word).
