Location: Ladies Salon, Sabah al Salem, Kuwait (home service) Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist / Customer Care Representative to join our team at a premier ladies salon (home service) in Sabah al Salem. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and manage appointment bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, prices, and salon policies.
– Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring an efficient booking system.
– Manage the salon’s calendar, including rescheduling and cancellations.
– Assist in maintaining the salon’s cleanliness and organization.
– Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
– Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally.
– Promote salon services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service is a plus.
– Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
– Proficient in using computers and salon management software.
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for customer care.
