**Job Title: Remote Secretary/Social Media Manager**

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Remote Secretary/Social Media Manager who is fluent in both English and Arabic.
The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks and oversee our social media presence to enhance our company’s brand and engagement. This is a remote position, so regular office attendance is not required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
– Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms.
– Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and engagement metrics.
– Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external partners via email, video calls, and messaging platforms.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
– Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
**Requirements:**
– Must be an Arab national.
– Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential.
– Proven experience in a similar role combining secretarial and social media management duties.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, as well as MS Office.
– Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
