Required Accountant for Oil & Gas Company

Reputed Oil & Gas company seeking an Indian Accountant with minimum 2-3 years experience in Kuwait who can join immediately. The Accountant will be responsible for daily Payable accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Processing Invoice/Expense booking by receiving, verifying and recording accurately in the accounts and cost centers.
• Maintain and Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Prepare and Monitor the accounts payable aging report by monthly to ensure timely payments.
• Disburses Project and Admin petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation.
• Prepare bank reconciliation monthly.
• Co ordinate with Inventory department and Record purchase invoices in the system at the same time of receipt and ensure all are received and recorded with in the time.
• Assist Chief Accountant in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciling accounts.
• Maintains historical records by keeping soft copies in the respective share folders and filing hard copies as well.
• Collaborating with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support.
