Required Laundry Supervisor/Manager
• Inspects Laundry, Dry Cleaning, and press work on a daily basis, to ensure optimum quality of work, prompt pick-up, and on-time delivery of garments
• Schedule laundry production to provide a smooth and continuous flow of work through all operations
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
• Maintains records of wash rejects and in case of excessive reject rates, improves wash formulas accordingly
• Performance evaluation of all Laundry colleagues
• Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for self-development
• Works with superior in the preparation and management of the department’s budget
• Ability to focus attention on details and be able to organize, prioritizes, and follows up
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, if necessary
• Accountable and resilient
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
