Required Recruitment/HR Officer Immediately Full Time

United Projects for Aviation Services K.S.C.P. (UPAC) is seeking a qualified Recruitment/HR Officer to join our HR Department:
•A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
•5-7 years of experience in recruitment, particularly for technical blue-collar roles.
•Proven experience in payroll, talent acquisition, and other administrative duties.
•Practical knowledge of the Kuwait Labor Law [201O].
•Hands-on experience with HRMS systems, preferably Oracle.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.].
•Strong command of English and can communicate in basic Arabic.
