– Excellent communication skills
– Fluency in Kuwaiti dialect
– Arabs and non-Kuwaitis are welcome to apply
– Visa type: 18 (Ahli) for other Arabs
– Immediate joining required

– Handle incoming customer calls and provide excellent service
– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
– Provide information about healthcare services and products
