Freshers in Mechanical Engineering are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, or Oil Field Accessories are preferred, though experience in a related field is not mandatory. Position: Sales Admin
Responsibilities:
•Provide administrative support to the sales team.
•Prepare and maintain sales reports.
•Manage customer records and maintain updated information.
•Process sales orders and invoices accurately.
•Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
•Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
•Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
•1-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role (experience in Kuwait is preferred). •Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
•Fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
