We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Administration Assistant.
Duties:
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and support.
• Provide support for sales proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with clients to submit and obtain signed quotes and facilitate the generation and processing of purchase orders.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing contacts.
• Coordinate with the operations team and sales team to ensure seamless communication and workflow. • Answer and direct phone calls, handling inquiries and forwarding calls as needed.
• Address client inquiries and provide product/service information.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations department for campaign coordination, detailed report creation, and follow-ups.
• Address customer concerns promptly, gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the sales team.
• Generate reports and analyse sales data as needed.
• Update customer information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other administrative staff to enhance overall office operations.
• Manage and organize administrative tasks to ensure office efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring a well-equipped workspace.
• Handle a variety of tasks with flexibility, adapting to changing priorities.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of three years of experience in sales coordination and administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and multitasking skills Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
