Job Descriptions
 Follow up with all local markets clients through personal calls and meetings
 Preparation of all documentations related to marketing business
 Visiting current as well as potential customers to discuss and develop business
 Maintaining and updating list of clients
 Receiving enquiries from clients
 Sending quotation to clients
 Maintaining Monthly sales analysis report
 Preparing and Maintaining enquiry tracking record
 Knowing about food industry and consumption
 Good knowledge local markets  Capable to achieve the sales target
 Able to Prepare purchase budget for Half yearly & Annually
 Good Knowledge about international purchase process & documentation
 Updating to management about crucial issues
 Coordinating for day to day schedule with Management Team
 Searching for new customers through website and references / contacts

Public Relations Manager
 Educational Qualification – Should be any HR management Degree
 Minimum 5yrs Experience in trading related business
 18 Ahli visa required  Driving license required with car
 Immediate transfer – Minimum notice period
 Salary – Negotiable

 Good Knowledge about Govt. Sector up to date rules & regulations
 Keeping records of progress, budgets and timescales and keeping clients / colleagues up to date with these.
 Develop PR marketing strategies
 Form an impressive public-facing brand image
 Create and facilitate PR campaigns
 Organize PR-related events
 Manage PR crises and issues that involve our organization
 Ability to diffuse tense situations and stay calm in a crisis
 Great at public speaking and presenting
 Superb written and verbal communication skills
 Track industry trends
