Sales Coordinator Needed Full Time

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities “TDR”:
• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Respond to queries from sales associates and give after-sales support when requested.
• Assigning territories and quotas to company sales staff.
• Analyzing customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers.
• Tracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team.
• Entering order information into the company database.
• Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products.
• Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities “KSA”:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• Female Candidates Only.
• 1-2 years’ experience.
• Able to handle front desk also.
• Ability to work independently and part of a team.
• Organized and professional demeanor.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to offer excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
