Sales Engineer Needed Full Time

An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Industrial Lift/Loading Bay Sales Engineer to join a well-established company in Kuwait. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Location: Kuwait Salary: Depending on Experience. We are now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team.

About The Role:
• Carry out customer site meetings to understand their needs, ensuring all appointments are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Advising customers of the correct product selection to ensure we meet their requirements from both a specification perspective and programme point of view.
• Be responsible for obtaining detailed surveys in a timely manner for all of the product range.
• Ensure that any site documentation is accurately completed and processed in a timely manner.
• Be responsible for the preparation of quotations, proposals and tenders to accurately reflect the customer’s needs. Compiling to the agreed pricing structures and managing the tender processes.
• Ensure that the customer receives accurate feedback on any proposals and this is communicated verbally or written as requested.
• Be responsible for recording of any quotations and communications within the company’s systems.
• Establish effective relationships with customers and follow up against agreed contract deliverables to ensure the desired outcomes are being achieved.
• Ensure there is a strong connection with the projects team to ensure the sales handover from start to finish runs smoothly.
• Ability to liaise and work with all departments on an on-going basis.
• As and when required assist with pre-start and liaise with the relevant departments and customer representatives.
• Carry out other duties, as requested.

• Improved turnover in the Sales Department.
• Projects delivered on time, safely and within budget.
• Continued improvement on sales pipelines.
• Customer satisfaction statistics – Happy Customers.

Candidate Requirements:
•Lift Industry/Industry specific experience or equivalent experience ie. loading bays, hydraulics.
• Proven customer service experience. • Excellent verbal and non-verbal skill-set.
• Kuwait driving licence.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient with Word/Excel and software CRM packages.
• Sales experience in Kuwait Market
