Sales Executive Needed Full Time

Looking for SALES EXECUTIVE for an Exclusive Agent of a leading International Company JOB PURPOSE: Achieve the Sales, Incoming orders, and Contribution Margin forecast and budget set by the company for Kuwait
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Meet the budget set by the company for Incoming Orders, Invoicing and Contribution Margin
2. Support collection team for payment collection
3. Generate and develop proper inquiries through direct/indirect sales activities to produce clear and effective quotations for clients
4. Follow-up on issued quotations and intensively negotiate with client to make it into order
5. Monitor new and open sales orders including approval, document-tracking and other requirements
6. Ensure complete and proper handing over of documents/information to internal departments (projects, technical, commercial.) for smooth delivery and project execution
7. Coordinate sales effort with other departments to ensure order taken (contracts, technical, estimation, projects…)
8. Develop and maintain business relationships with current clients and prospects in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business
9. Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
10. Expedite the resolution of customer requirements, problems and complaints
11. Answer on time customer complaints
12. Analyze market potential and determines the value of existing and prospective client’s value
13. Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on time Investment
14. Keep management informed by submitting weekly/monthly activities, and annual territory client analysis
15. Register all visits/ calls/ new leads/ opportunities and every sales activity on CRM
16. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
17. Submit the requested reports by management (forecast, budget, sales, market information…) on time
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
• Engineering degree
• 5-10 years’ experience in the same industry (division 8)
• Excellent market knowledge
• Excellent negotiation skills
