Sales Representative required Full Time

A leading company and supplier of high-quality ready mix concrete in Kuwait, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals. Identify and qualify new sales leads and convert them into profitable customer relationships. Generate quotes and proposals based on project specifications and customer needs. Assist customers in selecting the right concrete mix for their project requirements. Provide technical expertise and answer questions about concrete products and services. Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers. Oversee the sales process from initial contact to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction. Track sales performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve sales goals. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships. May participate in job site visits to assess project needs and provide technical support. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project details.

Qualifications:
Bachelor”s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the cement concrete ready mix and construction materials industry. Strong understanding of the ready-mix concrete industry and its products. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in Arabic and English is and added advantage Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A valid driver”s license and a clean driving record.
