🔎 Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct regular financial reporting and provide insightful analysis to senior management. Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective financial controls and risk management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.

🔑 Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a senior role. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
