A General Trading Company in Al Rai is looking for a SENIOR HR OFFICER!
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring HR policies are followed.
•Manage performance appraisal processes and assist with employee development programs.
•Provide guidance on HR policies and address employee queries.
•Assist in payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
•Support HR strategy by implementing initiatives aligned with company goals.
•Prepare HR reports and analyse data to recommend improvements.
Basic Requirements:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Experience: 5-6 years in HR, with a focus on employee relations and HR operations.
