Server Support Engineer Required Full Time

We are looking for Windows Server Support Engineer with

 Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating system and its components
 Patching and updating
 Backing up and restoring data
 Assigning permissions
 Manage and maintain fileservers, services and users.
 Server Hardware\OS remediation
 Monitor server performance, security related events and resolve their problems.
 Executes upgrades, migrations, optimizations, new implementations and identifies and resolves efficiency issues.
 Design, implementation, Migration and maintenance of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Group Policy Qualification
 3+ Years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS
 Technical certifications MCSA /MCSE /MCP / CCNA
 Graduate Duties & Responsibilities include: –
 Provides Level 1 & 2 infrastructure support.
 Provides technical support to users.
 Troubleshoots hardware and software issues.
 Provides instructions or directly sets up desktop hardware.
 Assists with installation of computer software and operating system updates.
 Responds to client inquiries.
 Design and support customer server infrastructure.
 Consult customer to implement improvements in their infrastructure.
 Help manage the ever-growing information needs our clients.
