Job Role: Coordinate with technicians and make sure jobs update, estimations, readiness and all jobs status are done promptly & timely.
Ensure customers enquiries, complaints and Jobs update are done promptly to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
Candidate Criteria:
• Must be Bilingual (Fluent Arabic & English)
• Experience in customer service/prior coordinator role will be a plus.
• At least 1 year experience, preferably in call center.
• High school diploma. B/A will be an added value Benefit: Attractive Salary + Bonus and Free Transportation /8 hours duty/5 days
