Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and certified Freelance Females Pilates Instructor to join our team in Kuwait. In this role, you will lead dynamic, safe, and engaging Pilates sessions (both group classes and one-on-one sessions) tailored to the fitness levels and goals of our diverse clientele. You will play a key role in helping clients build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Instruction and Programming:
• Deliver high-quality Pilates sessions, including mat and Reformer-based classes.
• Design personalized workout programs for private clients based on their fitness goals, abilities, and needs.
2. Client Engagement:
• Provide clear instructions, demonstrations, and adjustments to ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively.
• Build positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and consistent attendance.
3. Safety and Cleanliness:
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring equipment is sanitized and in good working condition.
• Monitor clients during sessions to prevent injuries and ensure proper form.
4. Professional Development:
• Stay updated on Pilates techniques, trends, and best practices to enhance your instruction.
• Attend occasional studio meetings or events as needed.

Candidate Requirements:
• Certifications: Comprehensive certification in Pilates (e.g., BASI, Stott, Balanced Body, or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year teaching Pilates, with experience in both group and private sessions.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and safe exercise practices.
