Sr. Procurement Officer / Procurement Officer Wanted Full Time

Kuwait based leading General Trading & Contracting Company is looking for Sr. Procurement Officer / Procurement Officer Candidates. Job Responsibility • Review / assess technical Specification, Bill of Quantity and Drawings to determine suitable vendors and suppliers. • Prepare inquiry documents about commercial standards, technical specifications, Bill of Quantity and Drawings, as per Company requirements. • Review vendors and suppliers quotations to determine best price and deliver date. • Review quotations of identified technical and commercial specifications received from the vendors and suppliers. • Prepare & issue purchase orders in accordance with selected suppliers, price and technical specifications • Develop and lead strategic sourcing initiatives. • Development of Agency Agreement with reliable principal for potential products as per company strategy. • Should be familiar with procurement of Oil Field Chemicals, Refinery Chemicals & Catalyst, Water treatment chemicals, Environmental Services and Commodity Chemicals. Skills: • Good negotiation and presentation skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Prospecting Skills, Project Planning, Independent. • Having sound knowledge with the International Chemicals & Catalyst manufacturer will be an added advantage.

Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering /or relevant fields With visa 18(Transferrable)
