Store Keeper required Full Time

Inner Works Design & Build is a turnkey rapid construction contractor. We are hiring for a Storekeeper (Project Site Stores)
Location : West Shuaiba/Mina Abdullah
Working hours : 6 am to 2 pm (8 Hours) 6 days/week

Role summary
As IW Build storekeeper you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of all materials, tools, and equipment required on the construction project site.
•Build and maintain accurate records of inventory levels for all items in the Store (construction materials, consumables and equipment).
•Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, tools, and equipment delivered to the project site.
•Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, receipts, issues, and transfers using manual logs
•Regularly monitor stock levels to identify potential shortages and notify the line manager for reordering in advance.
•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock usage, material deliveries, and equipment status.
•Maintain clear documentation of all stock movements and transactions.
•Monitor the condition of tools and equipment, ensuring they are maintained in good working order and report any necessary repairs.

Requirements
•Diploma/Bachelor degree in any field
•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role within the construction industry.
•Knowledge of excel & word.
•Good understanding of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
•Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
•Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping
•Valid transferable residency
