Systems Analyst Needed Full Time

A reputed company is looking for below resource Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and optimize the ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus application.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts in VB Script, Jscript, or Python to enhance system functionality.
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the application.
• Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to improve system efficiency. • Document system modifications and updates.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in working with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
• Strong knowledge and experience in writing custom scripts in VB Script, Jscript, or Python.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
