Urgent Need Sales, Marketing & Customer Relations Executive Full Time

1. Any enquiry for Maintenance Contract – Service -Repairs to initiate for quotation, negotiation and marking contract / sales.
2. Visiting of new customer for new jobs – create enquiry.
3. Achieve monthly targets.
4. Sourcing enquires for newspaper, CTC, Kuwait Gazette Al Youm etc.
5. Marketing/Advertisement through different media channels.
6. Upgrade / Change / advise our website, company profile, brochure, uniforms and any requirement to improve the company image / reputation in the market.
7. Review with operations for any customer issue/problem.
8. Follow up on work estimation/repairs for approval.
9. Upon completion to conform & get customer feedback for the job carried out.
10. Collection of our receivable on time from the customer upon completion of works / repairs.
11. Follow up for sending history reports to our contract customer & customer feedback. (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) as required.
12. Visiting customers periodically as per schedule. 13. Keeping customer satisfaction with our service for every renewal of our existing contract and new business.

Requirements.
1. Excellent remuneration package & will be in line with merit – experience.
2. Driving license is a must with your own car. (fuel & car allowance will be given).
3. Good Communication & Writing Skills -Bilingual (Arabic & English)
4. Presentable & Dynamic personality.
5. Incentives on Sales will be additional as per company policy. 6. Minimum Graduate Degree.
