Urgently Required Quantity Surveyor(Male) Full Time

Key Responsibilities
-Prepare initial cost estimates based on project specifications and drawings.
-Assist in the development of project budgets and financial plans
-Create and manage documents required for tendering, including bills of quantities (BOQ) and specifications.
– Evaluate bids from contractors, ensuring compliance with specifications and cost-effectiveness.
-Administer contracts with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations.
-Conduct site visits for measuring works completed and estimating quantities for payment claims.
– Prepare and submit interim valuations for work completed to date, facilitating timely payments.
-Ensure that all construction work complies with relevant standards, regulations, and project specifications.
-Collaborate with engineers and contractors to monitor the quality of work and materials used.
-Maintain proper documentation related to costs, contracts, and site communications.
-Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Skillsets Required
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or quantity surveying, not less than 8 year’s experience in construction, completion of main roads works and infrastructure network services projects.
– Hands on experience in excavation projects as well
– Candidate should be currently based in Kuwait
– Preferring immediate joiners
