Vacancy Available for IT Support Engineer

Job brief
We are looking for a qualified IT support engineer who is able to manage an office IT infrastructure and our retails shops.
A successful IT Technician must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
The goal is to build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability.

Requirements
• Excellent knowledge in client operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10)
• Good understanding on configuring network devices (Wi-Fi Routers, Access points, switches)
• Ability to work with Server Operating Systems (Windows Server 2003, 2008 R2, 2012R2)
• Hands on experience with network cabling (Crimping, Testing etc)
• Good experience with MS Office package. (Outlook, Excel, Access etc)
• Ability to configure mobile devices (Apple, Android)
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication ability
• Candidate should be in Kuwait with 18 Visa (Transferable)
