Vacancy for Area Manager Full Time

A reputed F & B Company in Kuwait looking for an experienced Area Manager who will be responsible for smooth running of our operation, achieving sales targets and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities,
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of our business in allocated areas
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local laws, regulations, and standards
• Manage and motivate a team of employees and performance management
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on store performance and identify areas for improvement
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and resources across the organization
